Making sure you receive items that fit is a priority for us, and for this reason, we offer a 14-day exchange policy that will cover any sizing issue that you may experience for all items excluding underwear. Underwear are not eligible for return or exchange. Please order proper sizes. We do not offer refunds, but we can issue store credit or an exchange for eligible items. Thique accepts eligible items for return in new and unworn or used condition with original packaging and tags. There can be no signs or wear, stain, any scents or perfumes/lotions, oils, free of deodorant and makeup stains on items. If item is soiled or wet in anyway we will not approve your return. We recommend when trying on items use a shirt and bottoms and underwear. If return is not approved for either one of the reasons listed, customer is responsible for the shipping fee for us to send it back out to you. There is no restocking fee for returns customer just pays return shipping unless it is an error on our part then we will cover the return postage. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees from our store. If you need to return more than one item it is suggested that all items are processed in the same request and sent back in one package with the return label to save on the shipping fees and so there is no delay in processing your request.

We will physically inspect each return and we reserve the right to refuse an item if it does not pass inspection. In order for an exchange to pass inspection, the item that you are returning should be in new condition and inside the original packaging with all original tags attached. Exchanges should show no signs of wear, odors, stains (glitters, oils, etc) and no dampness from sweat or otherwise. If the warehouse inspection finds that the item is not in new condition (free of odors, perfumes, stains, giltters, oils, marks, signs or any wear, etc) a store credit or replacement will not be issued and you will be responsible for the cost of having the item shipped back to you. If the item is in new condition you will receive a store credit for your return once approved.
