Refund policy
Returns/Exchange
To be eligible for a return/exchange, return must be requested 4 days after receipt of item. Your item or items must be in the same condition that you received it, new, unworn or unused, free of any stains, smells or perfumes with original tags still attached to the item, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase with order number. After return is approved, you have 7 days including weekend days to mail it back to us. If return is not received within the specified timeframe, return approval will be canceled. Once return is received and there are stains or any of the issues listed above, return will be canceled, and you will have to pay for shipping in order for us to send it back to you.

Final Sale Items
Final sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange or return for store credit. Final sale are any intimates, accessories, socks and underwear, jumpsuits, all bottoms (for sanitary reasons), leggings, perfumes, and all body care items. Any items that are on sale are also final sale. Gift cards are final sale.
Refunds
We have a No Refund policy but we want to make sure our customers are happy. So some returns are subjected to case by case bases. Returns/refunds will be given a store credit. Customer covers any return postage fees unless it's a mistake on our part then we will pay return shipping fee.
Returned to sender items
Orders returned back to us due to incorrect shipping address will be treated as return. Customer will have to pay for additional shipping to have us send it back out to correct address.
