Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

We ship to USA. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever is most convenient for you. Shipping is free on all orders. Delivery takes between 3-6 business days after order is processed depending on your location. You'll be able to track your package by using the shipping confirmation email that we send as soon as your order begins its journey. Please allow up to 2 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order. We do not ship on holidays or weekends.

The processing time begins from the date you place your order. It usually takes 24-48 hours to process your order successfully.

We do ship to PO boxes, but we prefer not to as shipping packages and customers receiving their items can sometimes be tricky. If you choose to use a PO box, please make sure you enter the correct box number at checkout. Once order is shipped there is nothing we can do, so please enter all shipping information correctly. 

Shipping Fee

  • $8.99 Flat Rate. Ships via UPS Standard Ground Shipping.


International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally at the moment, but we are working on it.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a tracking number in which you can track your order with. 

It can take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the designated courier's system. If the tracking information is not available, please try again later. If after 24-48 hours you still do not have your tracking information, please send us an email at hello@shopthique.com.

Want to cancel your order?

Had a change of mind? No problem! You can easily cancel your order by sending us an email at hello@shopthique.com within 5 hours after purchasing. The window to cancel is not long because we like to process our customers' orders as quickly as possible.

Lost or Stolen package

Please enter correct mailing address. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact shipping carrier to file a claim.
